Hood Spice's 30 Days of Sexy


The challenge lasts form August 1 through the 30th
“30 days of sexy” in a nutshell for anyone who wants to participate is a commitment to take better care of your physical, emotional and sensual/ sexual self. I don’t know any woman who doesn’t want to feel sexy and powerful, but I think it’s important that we don’t wait for other people to make us feel sexy. So I want go on a journey on how we can give ourselves that power. So often we make time for everything but ourselves these 30 days are dedicated to you!
To start off I suggest getting a notebook, doesn’t have to be anything fancy.
The first thing you’ll do is quickly surveying yourself.
Questions to ask yourself:
1. Which part of your body/ personality are you the most proud of?
2. Which part of your body/ personality are you the least proud of?
3. Are you willing to commit to your happiness and well-being?
4. When do you feel the most sexy/ confident?
5. Are you willing to give up things and people who do not serve you?
Things you’ll need
1. 2 books to read. One targeted towards sexuality /sensuality and another targeted towards helping your execute your goals
2. New underwear
3. a journal
4. A yoga mat
5. A candle
6. A mason jar

Things you’ll be doing everyday:
Meditating
listen to positive affirmation audio
Lighting a candle
A physical activity of your choice (yoga running exercise etc )
Reading/ writing a positive affirmation
Looking at your self in the mirror everyday
Suggestions for things to do:
A) Sleep Naked
B) Massage your body when you get out the shower with your moisturizer of choice ( take your time)
C) Flirt harmlessly
D) Go make up free sometimes
E) Start doing something to work on your “ problem area”
F) Cook nice meals for yourself
G) Ask for exactly what you want and make direct eye contact when you do.
H) Treat yourself. Take yourself on a date or to get a mani pedi .
I) Go to sleep naked ( it does wonders trust me
J) Girls night out
K) Light candles for yourself
L) Dance! Put your favorite music on and dance
M) No Sweats or Frumpy clothing, put effort into your appearance even if you don’t feel like it
N) Accept compliments with out downplaying yourself, just say thank you.
O) Drink a glass of wine
P) Make it your business to laugh everyday
Q) Take nudes FOR YOURSELF.
R) Do yoga
S) Delete everyone you have as your body goals, this is about who you are right now, you can add them back later.
T) Masturbate. Yes I went there now I’m encouraging you to
U) Initiate sex with your partner, with the lights on
V) Set two goals for your week that are targeted towards bettering yourself
W) Put your own spin on it this is about you so I cannot and will not tell you what you need to do. This is one of those this where you have to evaluate what you need for on. I don’t believe in one size fits all ill give you a general outline the rest is up to you
X) Make sure you document how you feel I will be doing the same and sharing It .
I will post what I’m doing for the week starting June 31 just in case some people need an idea of what to do.
